We have created a network of more than 350 coaching institutes in Bihar through prior vacancy and have given employment to 2000 youths and girls including block in-charge and teachers, now the target is to provide employment to 35000 youths and girls in Bihar.
To make this goal successful, the organization has passed 5 new posts including Center Development Executive, Supervisor, Center Development Incharge, Center Development Officer and Manager, so as to meet the target by 2022.
Uphar Classes will be opened at a fast pace in Bihar by these teams. Incentives on all these posts will be given according to the work. Minimum 12500 and maximum more than 145000.
All work is marked in points for incentives. 5 rupees will be paid on one point.
